Leveraging survey data, sales representatives gained precise insights into individual interests and requirements, resulting in increased purchase potential. I devised a strategy for an ongoing sales journey through digital follow-ups, effectively nurturing leads based on individual interests. Consumer data was effectively utilized during sales interactions and post-purchase, fostering loyalty and establishing a comprehensive life-cycle and beyond experience.
